At Boundless Coffee, we want you to enjoy your products wherever your journey takes you. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Item must not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or quality reasons.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened coffee bean products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Products damaged through improper use
How to start a return
To request a return, contact:
support@boundless-coffee.ch
Include:
- Order number
- Name
- Reason for return
- Photos if item is damaged or defective
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original order and place a new one.
Return shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Item arrived damaged
- Incorrect item received
- Product defect confirmed
